What do you do? We provide corporate accommodation solutions – executive level serviced apartments, which you can take from between 1 week to an unlimited time period.
When you have a new on-site project (wherever the location!) and we don’t own apartments in that area, we source the perfect properties for you, add the corporate serviced apartment furnishings and fittings, and you have a custom executive level, luxury accommodation, within a few days of your request.
We have been developing and managing corporate serviced apartments for over 8 years, and have learnt from our experience and developed the service to you.
This means that you get a professional service for your onsite staff, where they will enjoy a luxury ‘home away from home’ long term serviced apartment, allowing them to take a little more control of their onsite work / life balance.
How much does it cost? A serviced apartment is on average 30% cheaper than an equal length hotel stay, and delivers a more relaxed living experience for onsite staff who are working away from home.
This means that you have a cost effective accommodation solution, where workers are not restricted by Hotel living.

Why should I use you? What makes you different to others?
We have invested in Quality Systems/ Standards and are reliable and experienced. You are rest assured that you are choosing a quality serviced apartment, and we have been delivering this service to businesses for over 8 years!
As you know, quality assurance takes budget, time, trouble and extra effort, and is only adopted by higher level companies who are committed to providing customer reassurance by implementing standards set by their regulator or association. Many other serviced apartment providers don’t take the time to invest in quality. WE DO!
Our properties have been awarded a ‘Very Good to Excellent’ Quality Accredited Membership Status by the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) and are 4 and 5 Star Gold award rated by Visit England’s Quality in Tourism, and in December 2015.
To gain this highly esteemed quality accreditation membership status by the ASAP, there are exceptionally high standards of assessment criteria and codes of conduct which have to be adhered to, in order to become an accredited member of this organisation.
This means that you have mix of high levels of health and safety standards, four and five star accommodation services and the peace of mind that you are working with an accredited and experience supplier.
How can you provide SO many properties? How does it work?
So a new on-site project has just been agreed and you have been tasked with very quickly finding far too many places to stay, for all of the project team immediately!
Don’t worry, we have heard this SO many times, we will sort it for you. When we have previously received serviced apartment requests for between 2 to 41 international visitors and have delivered within 48 hours, for projects which have lasted between 3 months to 3 years.
You just tell us where you need your staff to stay, for how long and for how many, and we will provide you with an executive serviced apartment in a very short turn-around time.
Working together with you, we source and deliver serviced apartments in your new project location. When you have taken all of the properties which we own – we find more for you, as we have an extensive developer network. We contract your required number of properties from developers, and then we add all of the high-end furnishings, entertainment systems, technology and soft goods, and then manage the accommodation for you on a weekly basis.
This means that you don't have to panic next time you need to find on-site accommodation at very short notice, we can help and will provide this solution for you.
