European Expansion News. ESA Europe Limited is Formed

Elite Serviced Apartments (ESA) who provide corporate serviced apartments within the North East region of England, have recently expanded into Europe, and have formed a new sister company called ESA Europe Limited.

ESA Europe Limited represents the new high-end serviced apartment properties which are located in Sitges, Tarragona and Barcelona in Northern Spain, and they are currently available for short, medium or long term let for the business user. The expansion plans started in summer 2015, with assistance from the UKTI’s Passport to Export programme.

ESA Europe Ltd have now updated and refurbished the properties, and added the luxurious finishing touches, which is expected from corporate executive customers. Elite Serviced Apartments are members of the international Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP), who specifies very high-levels of membership criteria. The decision to expand to Europe was made as a result of receiving demands from numerous current clients, who were developing new on-site project commissions in North Eastern Spain.

ESA set the ball rolling by approaching the UK Trade and Industry North East, to help deliver customer needs. An export logistics review was conducted via the UK Trade and Industry's (UKTI) Passport to Export services. Stephen Muir, International Trade Adviser for the UK Trade and Investment North East said this about the recent export expansion project...

“It has been a pleasure to work with Elite Serviced Apartments to help support their business development plans in Spain. Their Managing Director - Katrina Rosser, has adopted a very focused and planned approach and with our support, took the time to conduct thorough market research, make new contacts and conduct several visits to follow up and develop theses contacts. It is fantastic to see the progress that has been made in such a relatively short period of time and I look forward to working with Katrina over the coming months to help develop these opportunities further.Stephen Muir UKTI

The new high-end corporate European properties all adhere to the high level standards required by the ASAP, and also provides an onsite management contact who is a British National (Spanish speaker), available 24/7.

This means that if a company has an onsite project in the North East Spain region, then they can be assured that they are providing their staff with on-site accommodation, which is managed by a highly professional and reputable British company, who have been established in the UK for over 8 years and specialise in property provision of high quality executive accommodation for large visitor groups, offering long, mid or short term stays.
